At Auspicious Kashmir Travels, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while covering necessary arrangements made for your trip.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email or phone. The following cancellation charges may apply:

• 30 days or more before arrival: 10% of the total package cost
• 15–29 days before arrival: 25% of the total package cost
• 7–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost
• Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total package cost

2. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled travel date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be applicable.

3. Cancellation Due to Unavoidable Circumstances

In case of cancellations due to natural calamities, weather conditions, flight cancellations, road closures, or government restrictions, we will try our best to reschedule the tour. However, refunds will depend on the policies of hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.

4. Refund Policy

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7–14 working days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
