Welcome to Auspicious Kashmir Travels. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message or email with the travel details.
A certain percentage of the total package cost must be paid in advance to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour or upon arrival as agreed.
All package prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in hotel rates, fuel prices, taxes, or government regulations. However, once your booking is confirmed, the agreed price will remain valid.
Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification documents during travel. Foreign travelers must carry valid passports and any required permits.
The itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.
Auspicious Kashmir Travels acts only as an organizer of travel services such as hotels, transportation, and sightseeing. We are not responsible for any delays, accidents, loss of belongings, or personal injuries during the trip.
Standard hotel check-in and check-out times will apply as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability.
We are not liable for any disruptions caused by natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, flight cancellations, or any events beyond our control.
